Position Objective: We seek a Fleet Supervisor who ensures the safe, cost-effective, and efficient operation of our equipment through strategic personnel management and logistical planning. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise operational staff and ensure proper use of assigned vehicles. • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee vehicle availability. • Plan efficient routes to optimize time, performance, and fuel consumption. • Monitor vehicle and operator performance using technological tools. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and operational standards. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience supervising fleets or transportation logistics. • Solid knowledge of logistics, routing, maintenance, and fuel control. • Leadership, decision-making, and operational personnel management skills. • Analytical ability, results orientation, and ability to work under pressure. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
