Job Responsibilities: * Printer, Laptop, and PC support * Office applications * Handling and tracking invoice requests, etc. Requirements: * **MUST HAVE** Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field * Minimum one year of experience in technical support activities * Immediate availability * High level of responsibility and commitment * Analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets (service level) What We Offer: * Base salary plus statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM * On-site mode at Stiva Industrial Park, Apodaca Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: $15,000.00 per month Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) * Technical support: 1 year (Preferred) * Invoice handling: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
