Review of customer needs for comprehensive service **General Objective:** Ensure collection service level and strengthen operational processes in accordance with allocated budgets and the annual plan, aiming to reduce operational costs and deliver satisfaction to assigned customers. **Specific Responsibilities and/or Obligations:** 1. Communicate financial performance reporting to management to measure operational income, cost, and expense against budgeted amounts. 2. Coordinate execution of operational supervisors' activities to ensure fulfillment of services stipulated in the customer contract. 3. Meet established KPIs (e.g., complaint reduction, service compliance, productivity, accidents, etc.) to achieve departmental targets. 4. Review agreed-upon and emerging customer (end-user) needs to deliver comprehensive service. **Requirements** * Industrial, Administrative, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics and operations.
