Maintenance Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering student to provide administrative support in the maintenance department, with a focus on core values and quality management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support for maintenance under core values and management systems. 2. Documentation and tracking of work orders and maintenance records. 3. Inventory management, procurement, supplier communication, and budgeting. * Administrative support for the maintenance department, grounded in AN's core values: safety, integrity, and sustainability * As defined by the Health, Environment, and Safety (HES & S) and quality management systems, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and all tasks assigned to this position. Key responsibilities include: * Documentation, tracking, and data entry of work orders; preventive maintenance checklists; and other maintenance record documents. 15% * Organization of documents, supplier reports, invoices, etc. * Daily inventory stock tracking, generation of purchase orders in the current procurement system, supplier communication, and procurement quotations related to the maintenance area, as well as budget management. * Development of KPI charts and reporting of deviations * Active participation in site campaigns such as LPA, BBS, emergency response teams, and 5S. 5% **Job Requirements** Engineering student, preferably IMA or IIA (from 6th semester onward). **Knowledge and Skills** * Office management (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Organization and orderliness. * Basic/Intermediate English * Teamwork. **Position Type** Internship / Practicum Position Type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $8,370.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
