We are seeking a **Field Service Technician** to meet the highest quality standards. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform general field equipment maintenance. * Troubleshoot issues. * Commission equipment. * Program PLCs. * Report service phases in CRM. * Provide the best possible customer support. **Required Skills, Competencies, and Experience:** * Technical or university degree (Electromechanical, Machinery and Tools, or related field). * Prior experience in compressors or similar fields (minimum 2 years). * Previous work in industrial or mechanical environments. **Technical Knowledge or Prior Experience:** * Theoretical and practical knowledge of industrial compressors. * Basic PLC programming and controller tuning. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. **Availability:** * Travel at least 75% of the time. * **Personal Skills:** * Proactivity. * Adaptability to multicultural environments. * Ability to learn quickly and flexibility in response to change. * Must possess mental agility to handle confidential and sensitive company information. **Benefits:** * Excellent benefits package. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth and development.
