Responsibilities: * Receive and process requests for new policies, cancellations, and endorsements. * Accurately and promptly enter production data from new policies, cancellations, and endorsements into internal systems and client platforms. * Follow up with insurance companies on requested transactions and ensure timely delivery. * Correctly receive and enter data for new and renewal fleet policies as applicable. * Verify that clients' web platforms function properly (quoting tools, reporting). * Appropriately route customer requests regarding claims and collections. * Advise customers on the correct use of the web platform for quoting and policy issuance. * Report website portal issues, escalate them to IT, and follow up until resolution.
