El Milagro **Job Description** A corrugated box manufacturing company seeks a responsible and committed **Forklift Driver/Truck Driver** to transport and deliver goods (corrugated cardboard), following local and national routes, adhering to safety and operational guidelines, and assisting with loading and unloading. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 to 5 years** of experience as a **3½-ton truck driver** (dry van and flatbed). * Valid **Class C driver’s license**. * Knowledge of **national routes**. * Verification of cargo loading and unloading. * Basic preventive inspection and maintenance (tires, oil, fluid levels, lights). * Control and safeguarding of invoices and documentation. * **Preferred**: Experience in corrugated box manufacturing companies. * Responsible, punctual individual with a service-oriented attitude. **Primary Responsibilities** * Operate forklifts as directed. * Safely operate freight vehicles. * Perform deliveries, round-trips, standard deliveries, and special trips. * Assist in loading and unloading operations. * Conduct basic vehicle inspection before and after each trip. * Stock materials for scheduled customer deliveries. * Inspect customer-signed and stamped invoices. * Submit documentation on time and accurately. * Support Production. * Maintain vehicle and transported goods in good condition. **Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (after several months, shifts change to Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM) **We Offer** **\* Gross weekly salary: $3,210.00 \+ trip payments, which include:** * **Gross base salary:** $2,310.00 per week * **Trip-based commissions** * **Temporary weekly forklift usage bonus: $350.00 per week** * **Weekly vouchers:** $550 for attendance, punctuality, and transportation Additional benefits: * Retention bonus: $3,000 * Perfect attendance awards every 3 months **Statutory and above-statutory benefits:** * 100% IMSS coverage * 15-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Financial assistance for: * Death * Birth * Marriage * School support for children **The company provides:** * Banorte payroll card * Grocery voucher card **Interested candidates may apply via this platform or submit an updated CV.** Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers * Company-provided mobile phone Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,900.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Have you previously worked at corrugated box manufacturing companies?
