Job Summary: We are seeking a Property Security Supervisor to coordinate personnel, ensure compliance with instructions, inspect areas and equipment, and manage incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training and feedback for operational staff We are currently seeking a **PROPERTY SECURITY SUPERVISOR**. Join our team! **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminology or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising private security or monitoring operations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability to rotate shifts. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate security personnel. * Ensure compliance with instructions, control incidents, and prepare operational reports. * Inspect conditions of assigned areas and the status of operational equipment. * Conduct supervision patrols. * Collect, review, and submit daily staff reports. * Coordinate meal schedules to ensure uninterrupted service. * Maintain constant communication with clients and internal departments. * Coordinate incident response and risk situations. * Train and provide feedback to operational staff. * Document shift closure. **We Offer** * Weekly payroll through Banorte bank. * Monthly productivity bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits (Grocery vouchers, Life insurance). **Schedule** * Monthly rotating schedule, 2 shifts (day and night). * 1 rotating weekday day off. **Location**: Paricutín #390, Colonia Roma, Monterrey, N.L.
