Network performance analysis and continuous improvement Job Description **Senior FO Support Technician** with experience in **fiber optic networks**, responsible for providing technical support to network operations, coordinating activities with field teams, and ensuring continuity of telecommunications services. This position will work closely with **NOC, engineering, and operations teams**, contributing to maintaining network stability and availability. Responsibilities * Provide technical support for the operation of **fiber optic networks**. * Coordinate activities with **field teams and NOC**. * Track **network incidents and failures** to resolution. * Support **preventive and corrective maintenance** activities. * Analyze network events and propose improvements to optimize infrastructure performance. * Document technical activities and generate **operational reports**. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with **SLAs and service continuity**. Requirements * Engineering or technical degree in **Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related field**. * Minimum **2 years of experience in telecommunications networks**, preferably in **fiber optics**. * **Bilingual \- B2 to C1 mandatory** * Experience in **network operations, technical support, or NOC**. * **Knowledge of:** * Fiber optic infrastructure * Network monitoring * Fault diagnosis and resolution * Network maintenance **Two rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday:** **Shift 1: 07:30 AM to 3:30 PM** **Shift 2: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM** **Schedule changes occur every fifteen days** **Two consecutive days off: Wed/Thu or Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment Application Deadline: 21/03/2026 Expected Start Date: 07/04/2026
