Development of operation manuals **Process Engineer** Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality while minimizing costs. Analyzes and establishes work methods, develops manuals, and compiles statistics. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Analyze and redesign existing processes to make them more efficient, safe, and sustainable. * Work to increase production and reduce operational costs, often in collaboration with other teams. * Ensure processes comply with relevant regulations and safety protocols. * Develop operation manuals to document how processes function and ensure they are understood by all staff. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field. * Experience in methods engineering (2 years). * Experience in developing process sheets (2 years). * Experience in quality control (2 years). * Experience in manufacturing systems (2 years). **We Offer:** * Salary. * Direct employment and job stability.
