Opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment. **Alsea is hiring a Kitchen Manager at Plaza Real \- Monterrey, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Italianni's Gonzalitos is seeking experienced talent to join its team at Plaza Real, Monterrey, Nuevo León. **Position: Kitchen Manager** ### **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the overall kitchen operation, ensuring quality and service standards. * Lead and train the kitchen team to maintain efficient processes and a collaborative environment. * Coordinate inventory, supplies, and food production cost control. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Manage internal and external audits related to the food and beverage area. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related field. * Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, preferably within restaurant chains or restaurants. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and strong leadership skills. * Proficiency in administrative processes, inventory management, and performance indicator tracking. * Availability for on-site work at Plaza Real, Monterrey (Av.
