**Position: Field Collection Supervisor** Area: Credit and Collections Location: García, Nuevo León Salary: $10,000 monthly \+ commissions \+ gasoline vouchers **Position Objective** Ensure the achievement of portfolio recovery targets through on-site accompaniment, supervision, and support to field promoters and managers, guaranteeing efficient collections management and proper customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site supervision visits to field promoters to support and verify collection activities. * Assist in recovering overdue accounts and provide solutions for difficult cases. * Monitor compliance with established collection targets for each promoter. * Identify and promptly report portfolio risks. * Prepare visit reports, results summaries, and follow-up on assigned portfolios. * Coordinate with management to propose improvement strategies for recovery. **Candidate Profile** * Education: High school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administrative, accounting, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles. **Knowledge** * Field collection techniques * Management of recovery indicators * Basic use of digital tools and reporting **Skills** * Leadership and effective communication * Conflict resolution ability * Goal-oriented work• Availability: For 100% field work (daily visits to promoters and clients). **Availability**: For 100% field work (daily visits to promoters and clients) * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (preferred).
