PAYROLL CREDIT MANAGER At Exitus Credit, we seek field commercial leaders focused on results and with proven experience in payroll loan placements. This role is for profiles who lead by execution, accompany their teams in the field, and turn objectives into results. Responsibilities Lead and execute payroll loan placements in the assigned area. Direct, activate, and support commercial teams in the field. Drive acquisition, closing, and growth of loan placements. Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. Monitor performance indicators focused on results. Ensure achievement of the branch's monthly targets. Requirements Mandatory experience in payroll loans and/or direct debit loans. 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). Proven leadership of field sales teams. Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. Availability to work 80% in the field. Knowledge of cross-selling strategies.
