Here, you will make an impact by: * Follows a variety of generally defined procedures across Package Engineering areas. * Applies packaging theories and practices to provide guidance and/or training to clients or co-workers. * Handles inquiries and resolves issues by analyzing data, reviewing prior practices, and using short-term planning. * Supports the development and improvement of packaging designs, coordinating with suppliers and participating in cross-functional improvements. * Takes decisions with a clear impact on effectiveness of work operations, schedules, or performance goals. * *Role is specific to packaging department. Job title will be as Packaging Engineer* To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or higher and 2-3 years relevant experience in positions related to the field. In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: * Working knowledge of theories and practices such as Client Services, Continuous Improvement, Systems, Quality, Regulatory Affairs Management Center (RAMC), Graphics Design, etc. * Ability to communicate in English. * Experience with process documentation, ERPs, and line efficiency in regulated industrial fields. * Experience working with an off-site manager. **Work Location** * Hybrid (Support in Guadalupe plant appropriately). **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well-being** Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
