Ensure availability of networks, links, servers, and email Construction industry company seeks: **IT Operations Manager** **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar position * Experience in construction, hospitality, or retail companies is preferred * Familiarity with **ENKONTROL** is preferred **Job Functions:** * Coordinate and supervise daily IT operations * Manage first- and second-level technical support * Ensure availability of networks, links, servers, email, and backups * Coordinate infrastructure implementations across offices, construction sites, and hotels * Supervise the operations team * Coordinate with technology vendors and track service delivery * Document processes, incidents, and operational improvements **We Offer:** Statutory benefits, full-time work schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm (including two hours for lunch) and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
