Administrative warehouse management **Warehouse Assistant – Food Industry Company** We are a food products company located in the Nuevo Repueblo neighborhood, very close to Multimedios Televisión and downtown Monterrey. **Position Profile** Support the administrative and operational control of the warehouse by accurately recording incoming and outgoing goods in the ERP system, managing inventory levels, and maintaining document tracking, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal processes. **Requirements:** * Education: **Related Engineering degree** (Industrial, Logistics, Processes, or similar). * Age: 22 to 35 years old. * Minimum experience of **1 to 2 years in warehouse operations or administrative inventory control.** * Proficiency in **ERP systems and data entry.** * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. **Technical Knowledge** * Recording initial inbound and outbound transactions in ERP. * Inventory control and reconciliation. * Administrative warehouse management. * Document control and product traceability. * Good storage practices (food industry experience preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * Record incoming and outgoing goods in the ERP system. * Monitor and update physical and digital inventory records. * Verify documentation for product receipt and dispatch. * Assist with cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies. * Generate movement and inventory reports. * Maintain warehouse documentation control and filing. * Support the warehouse manager in administrative operational tracking. **We Offer:** * **Monthly gross salary of $15,000** * Weekly payment (via SCOTIABANK) * No floating-week payroll system * $300 weekly food vouchers * Statutory benefits from day one * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Savings fund: 5% employee + 5% company * Uniforms * Job stability and growth opportunities Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Education: * Completed secondary school (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
