We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Santa Catarina plant. **MAINTENANCE MANAGER:** Coordinates and manages the maintenance department as well as resources related to various expenses and project planning coordination to meet departmental goals on time and as scheduled. Also coordinates the implementation of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs. Conducts failure analysis jointly with supervisors and the maintenance planner to reduce downtime and ensures optimal operating conditions for all plant machinery. **Responsibilities:** * Addresses the diverse needs of all departments across the plant. * Ensures timely and proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Schedules daily corrective activities according to production demand. * Demonstrates strong urgency in carrying out tasks assigned by the shift supervisor. * Adheres to departmental guidelines—including lockout/tagout procedures—and the use of all safety devices on-site, as well as staff training. * Maintains facility/production equipment in condition to mitigate environmental impacts. * Tracks action plans arising from audit observations to ensure continuous improvement. **Experience:** **Electrical Control** * Hydraulics and pneumatics * Instrumentation * Reading of diagrams * Electrical control systems * Mechanical presses, conveyor belts Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Benefits: * Savings fund * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
