Functions and Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Personnel Selection. Attract candidates who are potentially qualified for the position. Monitor employees, courses, training activities, and organizational culture. Prepare and update job descriptions, position profiles, procedures, policies, and required formats for departmental administration. Develop training plans aligned with operational (both operational and regulatory) requirements based on DNC. Design and deliver professional learning courses and training aligned with the company’s objectives and priorities. Research best practices and innovative training methodologies to meet organizational needs. Identify methods to improve workplace climate. Cultivate employee proactivity and engagement. Promote corporate values such as equality and diversity. Develop and implement policies concerning working conditions, including equal opportunity among employees and disciplinary records. Establish differentiated development pathways, including onboarding processes for new hires and leadership development programs for current employees seeking advancement. Retain top-performing employees. Evaluate training effectiveness based on participant feedback, managerial input, and company performance data. Collaborate with department managers to develop, update, and conduct performance and knowledge assessments across the organization. Design and administer workplace climate surveys.
