Operations Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for efficiently, cost-effectively, and customer-service-excellently managing plant operations and daily activities, supervising various departments to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. 5–8 years of progressive managerial experience in manufacturing or distribution 2. Experience leading supervisor teams with continuous improvement 3. Strong organizational and communication skills (Spanish and English) Responsible for efficiently and cost-effectively managing all plant operations and daily activities while ensuring excellent customer service. Supervises receiving, storage, processing, production, and shipment of materials while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience * 5\-8 years of progressive managerial experience in metal manufacturing, industrial distribution, or a similar environment * Experience leading supervisor teams with a track record of continuous improvement * Solid operational knowledge and analytical capability * Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel * Strong organizational and communication skills (Spanish and English) * Results-oriented mindset * Excellent problem-solving skills * Experience in talent development Salary: $70,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
