**Position: Field Collection Supervisor** Department: Credit and Collections Location: García, Nuevo León Salary: $10,000 monthly + commissions + gasoline vouchers **Position Objective** Ensure achievement of portfolio recovery targets through on-site accompaniment, supervision, and support for field agents and managers, guaranteeing efficient collections management and appropriate customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct on-site supervision visits to field agents to support and verify collection activities. * Accompany efforts to recover overdue loans and provide solutions for difficult cases. * Monitor achievement of established collection targets for each field agent. * Promptly identify and report portfolio risks. * Prepare visit reports, results summaries, and follow-up reports for assigned portfolios. * Coordinate with Management to propose strategies for improving recovery performance. **Candidate Profile** * Education: High school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administrative, accounting, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions. **Knowledge Requirements** * Field collection techniques * Portfolio recovery indicator management * Basic use of digital tools and reporting systems **Skills** * Leadership and effective communication * Conflict resolution ability * Goal-oriented work • Availability: Full-time field work (daily visits to field agents and customers). **Availability**: Full-time field work (daily visits to field agents and customers) * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred).
