




**Requirements:** · 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation companies. · 2 years as area or department supervisor. · Personnel management. · Knowledge of federal routes. · Quotations. **Main Functions** · Quotations, tracking of tenders. · Supervision of daily unit availability reports. · Preparation of agreements. · Supervise and follow up on incidents detected in scheduled services. (with internal clients). · Document review, and follow-up for the process of onboarding new clients. · Client visits. · Preparation of reports to measure service level. · Weekly and monthly sales review per client. · Daily review of agreements made by customer service executives. · Weekly review of additional charges. (Maneuvers, weighings, false moves, and additional fees). · Tracking commercial team activities on the Monday platform. · Logistics coordination for launching operations with new clients. · Act as intermediary for clients regarding billing and collections. · Management of KPIs.
