A leading fast-food company Is seeking Branch Operations Manager Requirements: * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree * At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar position * Familiarity with the metropolitan area * Experience in personnel management and supervision Responsibilities: * Proficiency in suggestive selling techniques * Review and supervision of daily operations at point-of-sale locations * Visits to assigned territory’s point-of-sale locations * Ensuring compliance with performance metrics * Managing operational checklists * Providing timely feedback to the team * Developing a training plan focused on high performance * Reporting progress and operational evidence * Managing headcount of up to 60 people * Verifying site conditions (including order and cleanliness, supplies, promotions, best practices, services, etc.) * Customer service and satisfaction oriented We offer: * Monthly base salary of $25,000 MXN (tax-free) * Statutory benefits * Company-provided utility vehicle and fuel * Direct employment contract with the company * Opportunities for growth and development Work schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 6 days per week (FLEXIBLE AND NEGOTIABLE) * Work location: Leones neighborhood, Monterrey (a few blocks from Av.
