




### **Description** The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and supervising daily staff activities, maintaining the branch’s image and order, ensuring inventory control and merchandise supply, as well as guaranteeing high-quality customer service and achievement of established sales objectives and targets. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the branch’s daily operations. * Open and close the branch and handle telephone inquiries. * Maintain the branch’s and display windows’ appropriate image, cleanliness, and lighting. * Supervise equipment maintenance (display cases, lighting, air conditioning, security systems, etc.). * Control internal inventory, merchandise inflow and outflow, and returns. * Maintain optimal product stock levels and submit warehouse requisitions. * Ensure excellent staff appearance and hygiene, aligned with brand standards. * Monitor key performance indicators, submit weekly reports, and achieve sales targets. * Supervise staff attitude, customer service, and quality of customer delivery. * Train, motivate, and correct staff as necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and routine evacuation procedures. * Coordinate communication with the Branch Supervisor and ensure accountability. ### **Requirements** * Age 25–40 years. * Completed high school diploma or incomplete university degree. * Excellent personal presentation. * Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office. * Experience operating cash registers and banking terminals. * Experience managing staff (minimum 1 year). * Leadership, teamwork, and service-oriented skills. * Inventory control and management capabilities. * Strong verbal communication skills and a sales-oriented attitude. * Punctuality, honesty, and responsibility. * Letters of recommendation.
