**Product Engineer** *Position Objective:* Evaluate the technical feasibility of new products requested by the sales team, validating materials, manufacturing processes, capabilities, tolerances, cycle times, and costs to ensure profitable quotations and viable projects that meet customer requirements. *Requirements:* * Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Administrator, Mechanical Engineer, or related engineering degree. * Intermediate to Advanced English. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Engineering, Process Engineering, or New Product Development roles within a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of: Manufacturing processes, materials, drawing interpretation and GD\&T, cost structures, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA), IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, problem analysis and resolution. *Responsibilities:* * Conduct technical feasibility analysis for new products (RFQ) requested by the sales team. * Validate required materials against the approved catalog or define requirements for new materials jointly with Supplier Quality Engineers. * Define and validate the most suitable manufacturing process for each new product. * Calculate and validate process capabilities, achievable tolerances, and cycle times. * Determine minimum order quantities (MOQ) based on process and tooling requirements. * Develop cost structure to support quotations (raw materials, labor, scrap, tooling, packaging, and freight). * Accompany the sales team in technical meetings with customers and prospects. * Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement) to ensure viability of deliverables proposed to customers. * Participate in initial sample development and provide technical follow-up during the PPAP process. * Document technical data sheets, product specifications, and project specifications for quoted projects.
