(Representative charts) · Participate in competitions and bidding processes. · Review budget comparisons. · Supervise project closure and final settlement, delivering to internal client (sales). · Efficiently manage resources (materials, machinery, personnel). · Prepare financial proposals for special projects. · Maintain proper control of supplier contracts for each project. · Manage supplier guarantees (surety bonds or promissory notes). · Consolidate information from project managers (KPIs, budget control). · Prepare reports. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture · Experience in vertical construction and multi-unit buildings.
