Comprehensive project administration and compliance with project agreements. **Job Description** ------------------------- Ensure the comprehensive administration of services for ARKIK USA, Inc. Responsible for preparing and releasing management and financial reports. Comply with accounting and financial obligations. Ensure service delivery to internal and external customers, requiring constant and active communication with various departments to meet deadlines and requirements. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Analyze daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual figures generated through teamwork to provide project owners with the information needed for accurate decision-making (perform month-end closing activities and consolidation, bank reports, sales reports, financial statements, and management reports, etc.). Release information according to established schedules, complying with standards of integrity and reliability, as well as optimizing reports. * Perform administrative activities and operational support processes throughout teamwork across different phases, applying knowledge of project needs for internal and external clients and teams, and maintaining relationships with other service areas to collaboratively fulfill commitments with expected performance. * Perform activities to guarantee specific deliverables under Project Administration Agreements; maintain efficient coordination with related service areas, completing established internal processes for results measurement. * Through teamwork, perform activities to monitor operational functions by analyzing and developing tools and reports related to and focused on administrative activities to identify improvements, knowledge, or best practices to incorporate into processes. * Participate in and coordinate tasks within internal teamwork aligned with business objectives and strategies, providing support, resources, and tools intended to strengthen skills. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Capture accurate accounting data, including international standards, to meet information requirements and standardize procedures for comparative analysis across different reports. * Collaborate with all team members, focusing on internal collaboration and teamwork to ensure achievement of the area’s internal objectives. * Identify and schedule activities with defined completion dates or routines to enable normal operation of other project areas. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or related field * CPA or CMA * Experience with IFRS preferred * Experience with intercompany preferred Required Experience: * 3\-7 years in General Accounting and decision-making * Knowledge of the Institutional CEMEX model (Platforms, Policies, Guidelines, and Structure) * Personnel group control and management. * Experience with IFRS \& USGAAP accounting standards Required Knowledge: * Advanced English **Relationships** -------------- Internal: * USA GES Director * Directors \& Managers * GES areas * Internal Control and Process Assessment External: * External Auditors * External contractor for outsourcing services * Suppliers **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and conduct business.
