Operation of measurement and fault diagnosis equipment **What You'll Do:** ----------------- Execute maintenance tasks, adhering to scheduled preventive maintenance routines on time and correctly, while acting under the guidance and direction of the Maintenance Leader for corrective maintenance resolution. Prioritizing compliance with the company's safety and environmental guidelines. A. Perform assigned tasks with integrity and ethics. B. Follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures\. C. Complete all fields and capture 100% of provided work orders. D. Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment check\-lists for production-installed equipment. E. When integrating new production equipment, ensure safe and efficient incorporation into existing operations. F. Specify the type of failure: Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, Electronic, Facilities, or Process. G. Immediately notify the Supervisor if any spare parts or supplies are missing to perform preventive maintenance. H. Routinely use manuals, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control diagrams, as applicable, to accelerate fault identification. I. Perform maintenance on plant equipment following world\-class preventive and predictive maintenance best practices. a) Presses b) Robots c) Motorized conveyors d) Steel coil uncoilers, straighteners, aligners, and feeders e) Bending machines f) Palletizers/Depalletizers g) Punch presses h) Ovens, turbines, modutrols, conveyors, and part hanging chains i) Six\-stage washer, spray nozzles, motor pumps, and level sensors. **Requirements:** --------------- Experience: Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance within an automated environment, including experience installing and relocating equipment in manufacturing plants. Education: High school diploma or technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics (preferred). SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE * Understanding and operation of digital work order filling and reporting. * Advanced knowledge in two or more specialties (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics). * Interpretation and reading of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. Knowledge of control systems is a plus. * Operation of measurement equipment (Thermography camera, multimeter, ammeter, megger, sound level meter). * Understanding of ARC Flash and Safety Access to Machine (SAM LOTO) standards. * Solid knowledge of failures in stamping process equipment and peripheral steel feeding, assembly, welding, oven, powder coating booth, Fanuc robotic arms, conveyor, automated equipment, motor pumps, and reverse osmosis systems. * Knowledge and application of world\-class plant safety standards: Safety devices and protections; Confined spaces requiring permits; Electrical work/Electrical arc hazards; Lockout/Tagout (LOTO); Harnesses/Safety devices. * Knowledge and experience in environmental maintenance best practices: Contributing to achieving environmental objectives and targets; Supporting, when required, activities defined in the Environmental Management System’s Methods and Procedures.
