Role Responsibilities* Supervise and coordinate activities of welders and fabrication personnel. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. * Verify that all work is performed according to drawings, technical specifications, and approved welding procedures (WPS). * Coordinate internal and external inspections and ensure material traceability. * Prepare progress reports, time control, and production records. * Train personnel in welding techniques, safety practices, and manufacturing best practices. * Collaborate with the engineering department to resolve technical issues throughout the fabrication process. * Manage conflicts and support problem\-solving initiatives. Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. * Courses in welding inspection, ASME/AWS standards, and industrial safety. * Strong supervision and leadership skills with technical personnel. * Advanced knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, etc.). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding symbols (AWS). * Experience in quality control, destructive and non\-destructive testing (NDT): VT, PT, UT, RT. * Production planning and control. * Materials and resource management. * Knowledge of applicable standards: AWS, ASME, ISO, API. * Proficient in managing technical documentation: WPS, PQR, WPQ. * Experience coordinating with engineering, quality, and maintenance departments. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Preferred Qualifications* Welding\-related certifications (Preferred: CWS – Certified Welding Supervisor). * Intermediate English level.
