Job Objective: Execute operational processes in accordance with the Certified Warehouse Procedures Manual and the Quality Management System (QMS), deliver quality service, contribute to customer retention, identify customer needs, and promote logistics services and tax expertise. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and follow-up, preferably within the logistics industry. * Required education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum age required: Over 23 years old. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office is mandatory. * Prior experience in a customs bonded warehouse is mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, goods receipt, inventory audits, control of incoming and outgoing goods, or in-house roles. * Must reside in areas adjacent to the workplace. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE "Customs Law, Customs Bonded Warehouse, Business English" Key Responsibilities: Customer service and follow-up for clients importing goods into the authorized warehouse. Compile the commercial file, ensuring it includes client identification documents (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, Tax Status Certificate, Proof of Address, Positive Opinion, etc.). Input required information into the A4 Customs Entry Form, A1 Customs Entry Form, or Goods Entry Invoice. Prepare and send the preliminary initial inventory report to the client for approval. Certify domestic or customs-bonded goods using the certified bonded warehouse form once the client approves the initial inventory. Compile the operational file, ensuring inclusion of import documents (e.g., A4 Customs Entry Form, A1 Customs Entry Form, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) and export documents (e.g., Tax Payment Customs Entries, Client Requests, Expert Opinions, Permits, Notifications, etc.).
