




**Job Description:** The **Hotel Best Western Premier Monterrey Airport** is looking for exceptional talent to join our Front Desk team. We are seeking a dedicated **Auditor** to provide memorable experiences to our guests during the **Night Shift (Nocturnal)**. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Financial Closing (Night Audit):** * Perform daily system closing and reconcile all financial transactions (charges, payments, credits) from different departments. * Verify the accuracy of guest folios, accounts, and balances. * Prepare and distribute detailed financial and operational reports for management. * **Guest Reception and Service:** * Manage *check\-ins* and *check\-outs* (especially late/early ones). * Answer phone calls, take reservations, and professionally and courteously handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies. **Essential Requirements:** * **Advanced English (Fluent):** Able to carry on business conversations and assist foreign guests (will be evaluated during interview). * **Schedule Availability:** MUST have availability to work the **Night Shift** (typical hours from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM, with flexibility). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front desk or high-level customer service roles. (Preferred) * **Skills:** Excellent appearance, service attitude, proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills. * **Location:** Easy access to the Monterrey International Airport area (Apodaca, Pesquería, Marín, etc.).
