DESCRIPTION ***Location: Cd Satélite, Monterrey, N.L.*** *We are looking for a* ***Warehouse Supervisor*** *to join a leading distributor of construction materials.* **Job Responsibilities:** * **Supervision of incoming and outgoing goods:** Control and record all material entries and exits from the warehouse, ensuring data accuracy. * **Inventory control:** Conduct periodic and cycle inventories to maintain an accurate record of available stock, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions. * **Supervision of shipments and order deliveries:** Coordinate and supervise the preparation and dispatch of customer orders, guaranteeing timely delivery under appropriate conditions. * **Quotations and purchase orders to suppliers:** Manage requests for supplier quotations and generate purchase orders for warehouse replenishment, seeking the best commercial terms. * **Document management:** Administer and keep updated key documents such as purchase orders, invoices, waybills, and any other documents related to warehouse operations. * **Warehouse replenishment:** Ensure continuous availability of materials by planning purchases and coordinating receipts to prevent shortages. * **Maintenance and organization:** Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety by implementing best practices for proper material storage. **Requirements:** * Minimum of one year of verifiable experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and shipment supervision. * Proficiency in handling commercial documentation (purchase orders, invoices, waybills). **We Offer:** * Weekly salary of **$4,000 net.** * Statutory benefits from the first day of employment (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, etc.). * **Weekly productivity bonuses,** rewarding your performance and commitment. *If you have experience in warehouse management and are passionate about the construction industry, this is your opportunity.*
