\- Ensure the proper collection, scheduling, and tracking of product delivery to the customer. \- Register authorized vehicles to assign tracking numbers and allocate the appropriate volume to each vehicle. \- Monitor deliveries and ensure communication with the customer for product confirmation. \- Schedule deliveries to suppliers (block, sand, cement, etc). \- Achieve a minimum 95% on-time delivery rate for effective daily fulfillment. \- Manage shipping documents and tracking numbers, as well as conduct weekly review of carrier invoices for payment processing. \- Respond to customer phone calls. \- File previous day's shipping documents and tracking numbers. \- Weekly review of carrier invoices for payment, verifying accuracy and submitting them to the office for payment processing. \- Prepare daily picking tickets and subsequently secure the merchandise. \- Track merchandise status including delivery, delays, cancellations, and returns. \- Load all merchandise onto carrier vehicles. \- Verify that products leaving the store for customers are correct and in good condition. \- Operate the forklift when necessary, provided a valid license is held.
