Actively collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing/Design/Quality/Process teams both locally and internationally to develop optimal programming for component measurements. Curves, surface profiles, filter selection. * Generate solutions to problems related to the inspection of precision components in relation to design intent. * Responsible for conducting measurement system analyses (MSA) for the selection of equipment and measurement methods, considering technological advancements. * Coordinate the metrology team on the installation and maintenance of measurement and statistical software. **What you’ll bring:** * Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 7+ years of experience in similar roles * Advanced programming skills with Calypso, UMESS, Polyworks, and Quindos measurement software. Experience with PiWeb/WinSPC. * Use of Zeiss CMMs, Faro Arms with Probe and LLP, Portable Scanning Equipment (Scantech and its interface) * Knowledge of SPC and MSA Green Belt/Black Belt desirable * Advanced GD&T and blueprint reading. * Desired certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Calibration Technician (CCT), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Technologist Levels (ASME Y14.5-1994 or ASME Y14.5-2009). Senior Levels (ASME Y14.5-1994 or ASME Y14.5-2009). * Conversational English.
