Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional with advanced experience in servers, networks, and firewalls, and a passion for fieldwork related to maintenance and support. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced experience in server, network, and firewall management. 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance of PCs, networks, and infrastructure. 3. Mandatory Experience: Server management (Windows Server 2012 and 2022), RAID, Terminal Services, and Cloud Computing at an advanced knowledge level or with a minimum of 2 years of experience in these areas; must also be proficient with Cisco and/or Huawei routers as well as firewalls. Strong ability in connecting, installing, and maintaining input/output devices and peripherals; corrective and preventive maintenance for PCs; installation and maintenance of LAN and WAN networks, both wired and wireless; experience in networking and telephony. Certifications in MS365 and ITSM platforms. Requirements: - Completed bachelor's degree in a related field - At least 2 years of technical support experience - Passion for fieldwork - Personal vehicle to facilitate mobility - Ability to work under pressure - Strong teamwork skills We Offer: - Base salary: $14,000 MXN (tax-free) - Productivity bonuses - Statutory benefits - Fixed schedule: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM–1:00 PM - Human Development Program (HDP): Internal medical and psychological consultation services.
