Personnel and Resource Supervision: Supervises the administrative team, assigns tasks, monitors budgets, and manages vendors, ensuring company objectives are met on time and as planned. Meeting and Event Organization: Coordinates schedules, internal meetings, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring availability of meeting rooms, presentations, and required equipment. Job Description Document and Information Management: Manages correspondence, physical and digital files, corporate databases, and records, keeping information accessible and up to date. Report Preparation and Follow-up: Prepares periodic reports for management, conducts process analysis, and proposes improvements to optimize operational efficiency. REQUIREMENTS A degree in Administration provides the necessary theoretical foundation to manage administrative tasks and coordinate various departments within the company. In some cases, a high school diploma may be accepted, although a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in office tools: Advanced proficiency in software such as MS Office and Google Workspace is expected for report preparation and schedule management. The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain precise control over operations is essential.
