Compensation Structure Base Monthly Salary: $11,000 MXN (gross), with short-term growth potential. Face-to-Face Bonus: $2,500 MXN per month. Food Vouchers: $350 MXN per month. Key Responsibilities Provide Apple user support. Diagnose, repair, and follow up on service requests. Promote additional services (AppleCare, maintenance plans).
