Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Converged Switches.* Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by customers. Replace parts, track incidents, provide customer service, and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical failure requests from users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
