As a Junior Editor, you will actively participate in the full production cycle: from attending recordings to delivering edited, publication-ready content. This is an ideal role for someone aiming to build a robust portfolio quickly. **Responsibilities** Recording and Production * Cover podcast, conference, and class recordings, ensuring high-quality audio and video. * Assist with basic setup of recording equipment: cameras, microphones, and lighting. * Organize and back up recorded material to maintain an orderly workflow. Video Editing * Edit podcast episodes in video format: cutting, audio cleanup, and adding graphics or lower thirds. * Edit long-form YouTube videos: classes, interviews, and conferences—with clear, dynamic narratives. * Create short, optimized clips for TikTok and Instagram Reels from long-form content. * Apply subtitles, animated text, transitions, and visual elements aligned with the brand’s style. **Who We’re Looking For** * Student or recent graduate in Audiovisual Production, Design, or a related field. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. * Active consumer of digital content—who understands the language of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines. * Attention to detail regarding audio, visuals, and editing rhythm. **Tools (Preferred)** CapCut · Adobe Premiere Pro · After Effects · Canva **Bonus Points (Not Required)** * Prior experience editing podcasts or educational content. * Personal portfolio or channel showcasing your style—even if small. * Basic knowledge of photography or camera operation. **What We Offer** * Real learning: end-to-end involvement in projects—not just support tasks. * Portfolio: published content with real reach that you can include in your CV. * Mentorship: consistent feedback from the production and content team.
