Position Summary: Training and Development Analyst responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, competency development initiatives, and workplace well-being strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training and development program design and implementation 2. Workplace climate management and 360° evaluations 3. Implementation of emotional salary strategies **TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST** WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Fixed day off on Sunday COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: Salary: $2,755 per week, net Performance review after 6 months for potential salary increase Productivity bonus: $1,000 per month RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, development, and delivery of training courses. Planning, execution, and feedback on workplace climate assessments and 360° evaluations. Design, planning, and implementation of competency development training plans. Management and execution of institutional events. Design, planning, and implementation of emotional salary strategies and departmental integration interventions nationwide. Development of project plans. Creation of performance indicators and project outcome reports. Onboarding process for new employees.
