Position: **Microsoft SSR Programmer Analyst** Location: Nuevo León, Mexico Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote) Working Hours: 08:00–18:00 hrs (Mon–Fri) Contract Type: 6 months, with possibility of extension Language Requirement: Basic English Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Minimum Experience: +4 years **Experience** 4 years of experience developing and supporting SQL Server and .NET solutions in production environments and critical business processes. **Responsibilities / Activities** **1) SQL Server Development and Maintenance** * Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and ETL processes (DTS/SSIS). * Analyze and optimize queries (query tuning). * Improve performance, handle transactions, errors, and logging. **2) .NET Development and Integration** * Develop and adapt applications in C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core, REST/SOAP services, WinForms). * Integrate with batch processes and business services. * Fix defects and implement evolutionary enhancements focused on stability and maintainability. **3) Optimizer Configuration and Support** * Configure and fine-tune optimizers and programming models: parameters, rules, constraints, and scenarios. * Validate input and output data of models. * Analyze optimizer-generated results and detect deviations. * Provide technical support for execution incidents or result anomalies. *This role does not require designing optimization algorithms; rather, it focuses on configuring, fine-tuning, and supporting existing optimizers.* **4) Limited Functional Interaction** * Interact with end users to understand specific requirements and validate outputs. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation adjustments. * Produce basic technical documentation for developments and configurations. **Required Skills / Knowledge** * Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. * Advanced SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization). * C#/.NET development. * Hands-on experience working with models or optimizers from a technical perspective. * Proficiency in Excel for analysis and validation. **Added Value / Preferred Qualifications** * Practical knowledge of optimization models (rules, constraints, heuristics). * Experience interpreting optimizer outputs. * Visual Studio and Azure DevOps (repositories, PRs, pipelines). * Development best practices (version control, testing). * Python knowledge. **We Offer:** - Competitive salary based on experience - Statutory benefits (e.g., vacation bonus, social security, year-end bonus, etc.) - Opportunity for professional growth.
