Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Leader to oversee all store operations, develop the team, and ensure effective implementation of strategies—maximizing profitability and promoting excellence in customer service. Responsible for strategy and customer service **STORE LEADER** · Advise the store team across all operational areas to maximize profitability. · Execute Cárdenas Alimentos operational procedures. · Administer and utilize information systems. · Analyze financial data to develop action plans. · Select, develop, and lead the store team. · Manage personnel, including payroll administration, recruitment, selection, training, and retention. · Store opening and closing. · Inventory management and cycle counts. · Customer attention and service. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** As Store Leader, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient implementation of company strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating store needs to the organization. Other duties include: developing and implementing budgets aligned with store goals and financial projections; supervising store appearance; and promoting excellence in customer service. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed high school education. · Excellent personal presentation. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational management of multi-unit commercial businesses—such as convenience stores, supermarkets, fast-food outlets, restaurants, or equivalent. · Leadership and strong communication skills. · Negotiation ability. · Service-oriented attitude. · High availability. Salary: Starting at $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
