




Job Summary: We are seeking a Last Mile Logistics Process Trainer to train leaders and new hires, ensure proper training delivery, and enhance the learning experience. Key Highlights: 1. Job Responsibilities and Objectives: * Serve as a process supervisor and train leaders and new hires. * Understand, master, and become an expert in standard processes to ensure proper training delivery. * Provide ongoing support and monitoring to Delivery Associates to assist their learning curve. * Deliver training, identify development opportunities, and coach Supervisors and Associates. * Ensure training records remain up to date. * Use and analyze data daily to improve the learning experience for new hires and Associates. * Provide feedback to the Operations team, including Leadership, on trends and performance of new employee cohorts. * Complete tests/audits and follow up on resulting actions. * Organize (course assignments) and monitor cross-training for operations to support maximum skill requirements. * Collaborate with operations on a skills matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training. * Support operations in developing and delivering training for critical roles. * Improve processes based on feedback collection and data analysis. * Attend meetings as required and provide requested information on time. * Partner with managers to improve new hire performance and identify performance opportunities. \#AmazonMexico \#Learning Key job responsibilities * 1\+ years of experience in Training Teams, Operational and Logistics Process Training. * 1\+ years of experience in developing standards and improvement initiatives. * Completed high school minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred. * Data handling and information analysis skills. * Excellent proficiency with applications and technologies. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights when necessary. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * 1\+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. * Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. * 1\+ years of experience in Last Mile Delivery Process.
