Position Summary: Caja Buenos Aires is seeking a Collection Manager to manage, supervise, and implement collection strategies, ensuring portfolio recovery and achievement of targets. Coordinate the sale of awarded assets and dations in payment. **Caja Buenos Aires** is a financial services company with an extensive track record and strong market recognition, seeking to hire a Collection Manager in Guadalupe, Nuevo León. **Position Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in collection agencies or similar departments. * Valid professional license and degree certificate are mandatory. * Availability for flexible working hours and travel outside the city. * Excellent credit history is mandatory. * Proven experience managing at least 15 personnel. * Experience in commercial litigation. * Experience in portfolio recovery planning. * Experience in the financial sector. **Position Responsibilities** * Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the collection process for the assigned portfolio, supervising collectors’ activities. * Follow up on collection efforts with clients, either by phone or in person. * Ensure case files contain all required documentation for archiving or transfer to judicial proceedings. * Meet individual and departmental recovery targets, ensuring high-quality, timely, and compliant collection activities. * Implement collection strategies and monitor their effectiveness. * Represent the financial institution in commercial and/or civil lawsuits requiring legal representation. * Coordinate the sale of awarded assets and/or dations in payment. * Monthly, quarterly, or annual reporting. * Monitor KPI indicators. * Work under a recovery-based scheme. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * 7% savings fund contribution. * 45-day year-end bonus. * 50% vacation bonus. * 15% meal allowance bonus. * Performance incentive payments for meeting quarterly metrics.
