Job Summary: We are seeking a Home Collection Officer to recover and monitor portfolios through client visits and payment negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork with home visits A national financial institution is looking for a **Home Collection Officer** to recover and monitor portfolios. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct home visits to clients with overdue accounts. * Negotiate payments and regularize credits. * Follow up on credit applications. **Requirements:** * Completed junior high school or high school. * 1 year of experience in home collection or field sales. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Familiarity with the city and negotiation skills. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ weekly commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Gasoline vouchers. * Motorcycle and work equipment. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (2-hour lunch break).
