We are looking for passionate padel instructors who want to join our team. You will have the opportunity to teach players of different levels (beginners, intermediate, and advanced), promote the growth of the sport within the community, and become part of an expanding club. Your mission will be to provide dynamic, professional, and fun training sessions that help our students improve their technique, physical fitness, and love for padel. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a padel instructor or player (minimum intermediate to advanced level). * Basic knowledge of sports teaching methodology. * Good physical condition and communication skills. * Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work well in a team. * Flexible availability (morning and/or afternoon hours). **Compensation** We offer a commission-based payment structure per class. Income depends on the number of classes taught, with a 50% commission of the class fee. The more classes you teach, the higher your income. **Trial Period** During the trial period, while the coach builds their client portfolio, the club may provide financial support to cover living expenses.
