Opportunity for growth within a collaborative work environment. **Warehouse Assistant** **Location:** Downtown Monterrey (near the Bus Terminal) **Company:** GRUPO GUTIERREZ **We Offer:** * **Starting Salary: $12,000–$13,000** (weekly salary + bonuses + food vouchers) * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Additional Benefits:** * Complimentary breakfast every Thursday * Full uniform provided at no cost (shirt, boots, and pants) * Paid birthday day off * Anniversary bonus * Team-building events and celebrations **Your Responsibilities:** * Receiving, unloading, and organizing materials * Assisting with physical inventory counts and tracking incoming/outgoing items * Picking and delivering internal materials * Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness * Basic data entry in Excel or company system * Performing delivery runs or material deliveries as operationally required * Assisting with loading and unloading of materials **Requirements:** * Completed junior high school (high school diploma preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing or similar roles * Basic Excel proficiency * Good physical condition * Valid Class C driver’s license * Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles **We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:** * Organized and responsible * Service-oriented * Eager to learn * A strong team player Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00–$15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided vehicle * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers License/Certification: * Federal Class C Driver’s License (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
