Purchasing Analyst

We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to lead our procurement and warehouse processes. **Position Objective:** Ensure the efficient flow of goods and services to our Chapels, Parks, and Offices, always guaranteeing the best cost\-benefit ratio and compliance with Group quality standards. * **Procurement Request Management:** Coordinate and validate purchase requests, ensuring they include accurate technical specifications. * **Supplier Development:** Identify, research, and validate new suppliers (fiscally and commercially), maintaining the master catalog up to date. * **Negotiation and Analysis:** Evaluate quotations based on quality, delivery time, and cost criteria to generate strategic purchase orders. * **Inventory Control:** Manage the replenishment of critical stock items (coffins, urns, supplies, cafeteria items, cleaning materials, etc.). * **Warehouse Logistics:** Organize product intake and supervise adherence to receiving policies (especially on Fridays). **Profile:** * Solid experience in procurement, negotiation, and supplier relations. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or related field. * Three years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. * Basic knowledge of CONTPAQ Commercial software; advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Focus on order, process discipline, and warehouse policy compliance. * Ability to generate performance reports and track project progress. **We Offer:** \- Monthly gross salary of $15,000 MXN \- Administrative schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. \- Grocery vouchers. \- Full statutory benefits. \- Seasonal uniforms.
