Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in blood sample collection, laboratory area management, and customer service, with a focus on organization and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in blood sample collection and laboratory management 2. Knowledge of standards NOM-007-SSA3-2011, NOM-087-ECOL-SSA1-2002, ISO 3. Organizational, cleanliness, and teamwork skills REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE **1\.\- Perform blood sample collection.** 2\.\- Knowledge of standards: NOM\-007\-SSA3\-2011, NOM 087\-ECOL\-SSA1\-2002, ISO 9001 and ISO 15189 3\.\- Collection of samples from hospital patients and delivery of results. 4\.\- Knowledge of serum area management. 5\.\- Management of the whole blood area. 6\.\- Management of the stool and urine areas. 7\.\- Storage and disposal of samples. 8\.\- Delivery of results, including urgent and critical results, via telephone. 9\.\- Customer serviceSPECIAL SKILLS(Special skills, e.g., leadership) 1\.\- Organization. 2\.\- Cleanliness 3\.\- Teamwork. 4\.\- Process optimization.
