We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective:** Develop, integrate, and operate AI applications powered by conversational agents, agent-based architectures, and data pipelines (ETL), ensuring proper preparation, transformation, and availability of information for Machine Learning models, LLMs, and RAG-type solutions. Your responsibilities include: * Develop AI applications using Python, Java, and/or Node.js. * Collaborate on implementing conversational agents and solutions based on agent-based architectures, following guidelines defined by architects and specialists. * Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to: + Collect data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, files, data lakes). + Clean, normalize, and transform data. + Prepare data for AI models, RAG, and advanced analytics. * Implement and operate RAG pipelines: + Knowledge ingestion and updates. + Embedding generation and management. + Integration with vector databases. * Integrate AI applications with internal and external systems via APIs, SDKs, and REST services. * Support technical integration of LLMs from various providers, following patterns defined by the architecture team. * Participate in model training, validation, and fine-tuning tasks (where applicable). * Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data. * Collaborate closely with conversational architects, data scientists, and business units. * Document pipelines, data processes, and technical developments. **Requirements:** * Programming in Python and Java (mandatory); Node.js preferred. * Practical experience in data processing and ETL. * Solid knowledge of: + Handling structured and unstructured data. + Data transformations, validations, and quality control. * Experience developing data pipelines using tools such as: + Airflow, n8n, Dataflow, Glue, or similar (preferred). * Basic–intermediate knowledge of: + Software and microservices architectures. + Consuming and exposing APIs. * Technical implementation of RAG and vector database management. * Familiarity with multi-agent architectures from an implementation perspective. * Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP, IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure). * Version control using Git / GitLab. **Desirable Tools and Technologies** ETL / Data Engineering: Airflow, n8n, Apache Beam / Dataflow, Advanced SQL Data & Analytics: BigQuery or other data warehouses Data Processing with Pandas / PySpark (preferred) AI / GenAI: Integration of LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, open-source, etc.). Foundational generative AI frameworks Infrastructure: Docker, basic CI/CD. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. **Experience (minimum):** * 1 year in AI application, data, or software development. * Experience in project management. * Banking and/or financial sector experience preferred. **Knowledge and Skills:** * AI application and microservice development. * API and SDK integration. * RAG implementation and vector database management. * Development methodologies: waterfall, agile, Scrum. * Mentoring and training skills. **Languages:** Intermediate–advanced English. **Soft Skills:** * Problem Solving: Ability to analytically and thoroughly address and resolve complex problems. * Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams (with data scientists, product managers, ML engineers) and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Creativity and Innovative Thinking: To design novel solutions and think outside the box when applying AI. * Intellectual Curiosity and Adaptability: AI technology evolves rapidly; thus, continuous learning and adaptation to new tools and techniques are critical. **Availability:** Not applicable for travel.
