We seek someone with a critical eye, strong desire to learn, and passion for continuous improvement to join our Plant team. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:** * **Students pursuing:** Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (minimum one year remaining until graduation). * **Skills:** Attention to detail, proactivity, analytical ability, and excellent communication. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (ACTIVITIES):** * **PROCESS AUDITS:** Monitor compliance with quality standards in Mixing, Baking, and Decoration areas. * **FOOD SAFETY:** Verify adherence to good hygiene practices (hairnet use, hand and utensil sanitation). * **FINISHED PRODUCT CONTROL:** Aesthetic and packaging inspection of cakes prior to distribution to branches. * **LOGBOOK MANAGEMENT:** Support in recording and maintaining temperature logs (refrigeration and ovens). * **YIELD LOSS ANALYSIS:** Collaborate in identifying root causes of raw material waste or damaged product. * **ORGANOLEPTIC TESTING:** Participate in tasting sessions to ensure flavor and texture meet the master recipe. * **EHS SUPPORT:** Assist the Safety Technician in 5S (order and cleanliness) inspections. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Monthly financial stipend. * Completion of professional internship / Social Service requirements. * Real growth and learning opportunity in an expanding company. **LOCATION** * Santa Catarina, NL Job Type: Part-time, Internship Salary: $6,000\.00 \- $8,000\.00 per month Expected Hours: 30\.0 per week Work Location: On-site
